This is sort of an unusual story for me. An artist friend (Jeff Austin) came up with rough concept for a "Conan-esque" character he wanted to illustrate, so we came up with this for a secondary story line in a 3-issue series of comics we were working on. The first illustration of Justin & Metsis is by Armando Gil - he has worked on a LOT of comic and graphic novels, including The Incredible Hulk, Wolverine, Conan & Kazar.
